Terms of Service
Starter launch terms. These should be reviewed before paid checkout goes live.
1. Services
Make You Stop provides creative content services that may include hooks, scripts, images, short-form video and related creative outputs as described in the package or order page selected at purchase.
2. Your brief and information
You are responsible for providing accurate information, approved claims, links and instructions. Make You Stop may rely on the information you provide when creating your content.
3. Supplied assets and permissions
You must have the rights, licences and permissions needed for any photos, video, audio, logos, trademarks, music, testimonials or other materials you provide. You remain responsible for the legality of supplied materials and instructions.
4. Payments and delivery
Package price, inclusions, turnaround and delivery method will be shown before purchase. Work may be delivered in separate parts when a package includes multiple content types.
5. Creative outcomes
Creative is designed to support attention, storytelling and communication. Make You Stop does not guarantee platform reach, views, followers, conversions, sales, advertising performance or any other commercial result.
6. Rework
Any included rework will be limited to the scope shown with the purchased package. A change of brief, new assets, new claims or new creative direction may require a new order or additional fee.
7. Finished content and portfolio use
Your usage rights in finished content, and any permission for Make You Stop to display completed work in its portfolio or marketing, will be stated in the order terms. Make You Stop will not claim ownership of your pre-existing brand assets.
8. Prohibited requests
Make You Stop may decline work that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe or outside the service scope.
